“My experience working with Mike Whitcomb and Brookstone Building has spanned over several years, and has included projects from design and development for lease hold improvements on our existing professional building to contracting with Brookstone to build our newest professional building that will house our new dental office and two other medical practices.

 

I chose the words, ”design, development, and contracting” because Mike Whitcomb takes a project and delivered the kind of attention to detail the owner would have; and brings to the project a complete turn-key approach; from countless meetings required on the concept portion of a project, integrating those concepts into a workable design and approaching the architectural phases always with a budget in mind; networking with owner and lender; and finally to the actual building of the project.

 

The contracting and building part of the process is where you see several important benefits of doing a project with Brookstone: the quality of people that Mike places on a project; the detailed monitoring of costs as the project proceeds; and Mike’s hands on participation with the owner and superintendent to insure the actual structure, floor plan and “look” of the building is just what the owner had envisioned. Mike is always one phone call away; will meet any time on short notice; and maintains a consistent pleasant disposition that opens doors to solutions and answers when problems and challenges appear.

 

To summarize, based on my experience, Mike Whitcomb and Brookstone Building will be called when I do another project.
